Eight screens that show what Quotrr does from the moment you open the app to when a homeowner accepts a quote. Screenshots are coming; captions cover what each screen does.
Screen 1
Home rundown
Your day at a glance. Open jobs, pending proposals, upcoming site visits, and a Quotrr Score summary are all above the fold. Nothing buried three tabs deep.
Screen 2
Work lifecycle
A job moves through four stages: quoted, scheduled, active, and closed. Closing the job is what triggers a verified outcome and opens the door for a Prop from the customer.
Screen 3
Create sheet
One bottom sheet to start anything: a new job, a proposal, a time entry, or a note. No navigating to a different section every time you need to create something.
Screen 4
Proposal builder
Line items pulled from your price book, a scope section, optional photos, and a total. Proposals go out as a link the customer opens on their phone. No PDF emailed and lost.
Screen 5
Props review
Props are non-deletable reviews tied to verified completed jobs. This screen shows what customers wrote, the job it was tied to, and the date. Nothing can be removed unless it is fraudulent.
Screen 6
Quotrr Score badge
Your current Quotrr Score, shown as a 0 to 100 number with a breakdown by component. The formula is published. The badge can be shared to a public profile. It updates weekly.
Screen 7
Quinn workspace
Quinn is the AI layer built into Quotrr. Use it to draft a proposal from a voice note, pull up past job pricing for similar work, or flag scope gaps before a quote goes out.
Screen 8
Quote portal
What the homeowner sees. A clean mobile page with the proposal, line items, scope, and an Accept button. Acceptance triggers a notification to the contractor and locks the job in.
