Getting started with Quotrr
Create your account, set up your price book, and send your first proposal in under ten minutes.
Quotrr is the tool that runs your work and proves it. You quote a job, send the proposal as a link, the customer signs and follows the whole job in a live portal, and every finished job becomes proof you own. This article gets you from a fresh account to your first sent proposal.
1. Create your account
Download the iOS app or open the web console and sign in. We use Sign in with Apple and passwordless email, so there is no password to set or forget. One account is one business.
2. Set up your price book
Your price book is the list of categories, subcategories, and line items you quote from. Setting it up once takes under ten minutes and means every future proposal is a few taps. Start with your five most common jobs and add the rest as they come up.
3. Send your first proposal
Create a proposal, pull line items from your price book, and send it as a link by email or text. Your customer opens it with no app to install. See Building your first proposal for the step by step.
What is free
The core is free forever, not a trial. You can quote, close, finish, and prove a job without paying. Premium adds the automation and the bigger quoting tools when you want them. See Billing and Premium.
