Help Quinn
Meet Quinn
Quinn answers from your own data, cites it inline with tappable citations, and is cost-capped server-side.
Quinn is the assistant built into Quotrr. The job is plain: answer questions about your business from your own data, and show its work. Quinn is not a chatbot that makes things up. It reads what you have, tells you what it found, and points at where it found it.
What Quinn does
Ask Quinn about your work and it pulls from your records to answer. Which proposals are still out unsigned, what a job's margin looks like, when you last heard from a customer, what is sitting in your pipeline this week. Quinn can also help you draft, including turning a spoken site walk into a proposal. See Voice to proposal.
It cites your own data
This is the part that separates Quinn from a generic AI box. When Quinn answers, it cites the records it used, inline, with tappable citations. If Quinn says you have three proposals waiting on a signature, you can tap the citation and land on those exact proposals. The answer is not a claim you have to take on faith. It is a claim you can check in one tap. That keeps Quinn honest and keeps you in control of the number.
Cost-capped server-side
Quinn runs against a cost cap enforced on the server, not on your phone. That means there is no surprise meter running on you and no way for a single question to run up an open-ended bill. The cap lives where you cannot accidentally blow past it. You ask, Quinn answers within the bounds, and the cost stays predictable.
Quinn is non-binary
Quinn is Quinn. Not he, not she. When you talk about the assistant, it is just Quinn or they. We built it that way on purpose and we keep it consistent everywhere in the product.
What Quinn will not do
Quinn will not invent a number it cannot tie to a record. If you ask something your data does not answer, Quinn tells you it does not have it rather than guessing. That is the deal: an assistant that cites its work is also an assistant that admits when there is nothing to cite. You get answers you can act on, not confident-sounding fiction. The tappable citation is the proof, and no citation means no claim.
Bilingual
Quinn works in English and Spanish. Ask in either, get answers in either. See Bilingual setup.
Why citations change everything
Plenty of tools bolted an AI box onto a dashboard last year. Most of them will tell you anything, confidently, with no way to check it, which makes them useless for running a business where the numbers have to be right. Quinn is built the other way around. Every answer hangs off your records, and every record is one tap away. You are not trusting Quinn. You are trusting your own data, with Quinn doing the legwork of finding it. That is the difference between an assistant you can run a job on and a toy you stop opening after a week.
