Help Proposals
Building your first proposal
Pull line items from your price book, add photos, and send a clean proposal as a link.
A Quotrr proposal is a clean, signable document your customer opens from a link. Here is how to build one.
Start from the job
Open the lead or job you are quoting. Create a proposal attached to it so the record stays in one place from quote to completion.
Add line items
Pull line items from your price book. You can edit quantities and prices on the fly for this one proposal without changing your saved price book. Group items into categories so the customer reads a clear scope, not a wall of numbers.
Locked or open line items
You decide whether the customer can adjust optional line items on the proposal page. Locked keeps you in control of the number. Left open, the homeowner can build their own scope from the options you offer.
Send it as a link
Send the proposal by email or text. The customer opens it, reviews the scope, and signs, with no app and no account. Once it is sent, the seven-touch follow-up cadence can keep it warm for you. See The seven-touch follow-up cadence.
