Your Props and reviews

Props are how customers vouch for your work. A Prop is a tap-tag review, not a write-a-paragraph review. The customer taps tags like On time, Clean, and Fair price in about five seconds, which is why people actually leave them.

Tied to verified jobs only

Only a customer tied to a verified, signed, completed job can leave Props. A Props request fires automatically when a job is completed, so your sample is not hand-picked. That is what makes Props worth something.

Props are permanent

You can respond to a Prop, but you cannot delete or hide one, and neither can we on request. A reputation you can edit is not a reputation. The only Props ever removed are fraudulent ones or ones that break the rules, on review. If you believe a Prop is fraudulent, flag it for review.

They follow you

Your Props are yours. You can mirror them to your Google profile so the work shows up where homeowners already look, and the record itself lives with you, not on a platform that can hold it hostage.
