Terms of Service
The deal between you and Quotrr, in plain language. Read it before you sign up.
Last updated 2026-06-01
Account and eligibility
You need to be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. You give us accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your sign-in method secure. We support Sign in with Apple and passwordless email. One account per contractor, and your account is for your business, not for resale or sharing.
Acceptable use
Use Quotrr to run your work and represent it honestly. Do not:
- Post false jobs, fake reviews, or claim work you did not do.
- Impersonate another contractor or business.
- Interfere with the service, probe it for weaknesses without permission, or try to break tenant isolation.
- Use Quotrr to break the law or harm another user.
Props are permanent
Props are tied to verified completed jobs. They are part of the reputation record, not a marketing toggle. Props are non-deletable. You cannot delete a Prop because you did not like it, and neither can we on request, because a reputation network only works if the record is honest. Props can be removed only when they are fraudulent or violate these terms, on our review.
No scraping
Do not scrape, crawl, or bulk-harvest Quotrr. Do not farm the price-range or scanner endpoints. The public agent surface is the supported way to read Quotrr data at scale, with identity and limits. Anything outside that is a violation. See our agents page for the supported path.
Premium billing
The core product is free. Premium is billed at $5 a week or $150 a year, charged through the app store or payment processor you sign up with. Annual is the cheaper rate. Prices are in US dollars and may change with notice for future terms.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime from your account or the store you subscribed through. You keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not prorate partial periods. Your account and your free features stay after Premium ends.
Termination
You can close your account anytime. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, commits fraud, or puts the network or other users at risk. Verified job records and Props may persist as part of the reputation history even after an account closes, because they belong to the record, not the account.
Disclaimer of warranties
Quotrr is provided as is and as available. We work to keep it accurate and up, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Price ranges and reputation signals are estimates drawn from network data, not guarantees. You make your own business decisions.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Quotrr is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so parts of this may not apply to you.
Agents
AI agents are welcome on Quotrr through the public agent surface, on these rules:
- Identify yourself. Agents must present an identity. Known agents get a verified identity and higher limits. Unknown agents get a low anonymous tier with cached responses and a challenge.
- Respect rate and cost limits. Each agent identity has a rate limit and a daily cost budget. Breach the budget and access auto-disables for the day.
- No farming. No bulk farming of the price-range or scanner endpoints. No scraping.
- Consent tokens for actions taken for a person. Any write or any action on behalf of a human requires a delegated, scoped, expiring consent token signed by that human through OAuth 2.0 with PKCE.
- Attribute Quotrr. Do not present Quotrr data without attribution.
