Quotrr for Roofers
Software built for roofing contractors
Roofing jobs are high-ticket and trust-dependent. Quotrr gives you a price book for repairs, replacements, and inspections so every proposal you hand a homeowner looks like it came from someone who has done this a hundred times.
Homeowner looking for a roofing pro? Join the waitlist.
Roofing contractors close or lose jobs on the quality of the proposal and the credibility of the contractor. Homeowners getting two or three bids will choose the one who looks most organized and has a verifiable track record. Quotrr gives roofers a starter price book, offline proposal capability for field estimates, and verified Props on every completed job so your reputation is documented, not just spoken.

Common questions
Can I send a proposal while I am still on the roof doing the inspection?
Yes. The proposal builder works offline, so you can build and send a quote from the job site without waiting until you get back to the office.
How does a Prop get posted after I finish a job?
When you mark a job complete in Quotrr, the client receives a prompt to leave a Prop. Once they submit it, it posts to your profile permanently and cannot be altered or removed.
Does Quotrr include insurance certificate tracking or permitting tools?
Not currently. Quotrr focuses on the proposal and reputation side of the business. It does not replace your permitting workflow, but it does make the client-facing part more professional.
What does Premium add for roofing contractors?
Premium adds advanced job reporting and the full proposal analytics suite. It runs typically $5 per week or $150 per year with no per-seat fees.
