The Rep Badge widget for your website

An embeddable badge that shows your live Quotrr Score and verified count, and links back to your public profile.

The Rep Badge is a small widget you put on your own website. It shows your live Quotrr Score and your count of Verified Outcomes, and it links back to your public Quotrr profile. The point is to move your proof off a platform you do not control and onto the page where homeowners already find you.

What the badge shows

  • Your current Quotrr Score, a legible number from 0 to 100.
  • Your count of Verified Outcomes, so the Score has weight behind it.
  • A link to your full public profile, where the Props and the verified jobs live.

Why a backlink, not a screenshot

A screenshot of a good number proves nothing. Anyone can edit an image. The Rep Badge reads your live profile, so the number on your site is the same number on Quotrr, updated when your work updates. A visitor can tap through and check the record themselves. That is the difference between a logo and a link that holds up.

Where to put it

Most contractors drop the badge in the footer or near the top of the home page, next to the phone number and service area. It also fits on an about page or a quotes page, anywhere a homeowner is deciding whether to call you. You can place it on more than one page.

How to add it

Copy the embed snippet from your profile settings and paste it into your site's HTML where you want the badge to appear. If your site is built on a page builder, paste it into a custom HTML or embed block. The badge sizes itself to fit and does not need any other setup.

It stays current on its own

You paste the snippet once. After that the badge tracks your profile. Finish more Verified Outcomes and the count climbs on its own. Your Score moves and the badge moves with it. There is nothing to re-paste and no image to swap out.

Why it earns its place on your site

A homeowner on your website is already partway to calling you. They came looking for a reason to trust the name. Most contractor sites give them adjectives, a few photos, and a form. The Rep Badge gives them a number they can check and a count behind it, sitting right where they are deciding. It does the same job a review star does on a marketplace, except it points back to a record you own instead of one a platform rents to you.

It works with the rest of your proof

The badge is one of several ways to put your record in front of a homeowner. It lives on your website. The Apple Wallet pass lives in their pocket after a job. The public profile is the page all of them point to. Use the badge where people find you online, and let it carry the same proof your profile carries.

The Rep Badge is part of the reputation tools. Building the Score behind it starts with finishing real jobs, covered in What a Verified Outcome is.
